How to make it

  • preheat oven to 400
  • START WITH ROOM TEMPERATURE STEAK
  • pat dry add seasonings
  • bring pan to med/hi heat - add oil
  • when pan is hot - add steak and sear for 3 minutes per side
  • place in oven on separate pan lines with aluminum foil
  • i use a cookie sheet.
  • bake for about 8 minutes for medium to medium rare
  • let rest a couple minutes.
  • enjoy!!!
