  • Fry (Brown) the hamburger and drain. Blend in the dry ingredients. Salt to taste. Heat through and let stand for 20 - 30 minutes to absorb the spices. For a smaller batch use 2 cans of chili beans. If you prefer soupy chili and the liquid from beans. If you don't like hot chili cut down on the cumin powder.
