Wade's Chili

- Small Large shopping list
- 3 1/3 pounds hamburger 10 pounds shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili powder 3 tablespoons shopping list
- 1 1/4 teaspoons paprika 1 1/2 teaspoons shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon celery seed 1 tablespoon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon red pepper 1 tablespoon shopping list
How to make it
- Fry (Brown) the hamburger and drain. Blend in the dry ingredients. Salt to taste. Heat through and let stand for 20 - 30 minutes to absorb the spices. For a smaller batch use 2 cans of chili beans. If you prefer soupy chili and the liquid from beans. If you don't like hot chili cut down on the cumin powder.
