Ingredients

How to make it

  • Have your baking pan prepped.
  • Spray it with olive oil, and preheat your Air Fryer Oven / Regular Oven.
  • I set the Air Fryer at 370 F.

  • Rinse the Chicken.
  • Lay the Thighs out on the counter, I have plastic cutting boards I lay mine out on. See Photo
  • Pull the skin back off of the Chicken meat..
  • Do NOT pull the skin off of the chicken. Leave it attached, just expose the meat. See Photo
  • Spray the meat with oil. See Photo
  • Season to taste. See Photo
  • Now pull the skin back up over the chicken meat. See Photo
  • As you pull the skin up over the meat, flip the piece of chicken over onto the skin side.
  • Now that you have all of the undersides of the chicken face up, spray with oil and season to taste. See Photo
  • Flip the chicken over onto the underside onto the prepared pan. See Photo
  • Now all of the skin sides should be facing up. See Photo
  • Spray with olive oil, and season to taste. See Photo
  • The skin covering the chicken meat, will keep the moisture in while it cooks. So natures aluminum foil.
  • Place in Air Fryer.
  • I cook them for 15 minutes. See Photo
  • Then I flip the pans around, top to bottom back to front, for more even cooking.
  • Cook them again for 15 minutes.
  • Check to be sure they are cooked through.
  • Cook them one more time if necessary.
  • When they are done, I put them in a good Tupperware container and place them in the fridge.

  • I use them all week long.
  • I will make up udon noodles with Umami Seasoning and a vegetable mixture I cook up once a week also.

  • Remember to save the skin and bones in the freezer to make bone broth with when you have collected enough of them. It is so good and it is great for you.
  • I buy them bone in and skin on just for this purpose. The fact that it is actually more cost efficient then de-boned and skinned. Weight it up for yourself.
