Tuna Spinach Skillet

This is a quicki, easy dish and the ingredients can be altered / increased / omitted / etc. as your taste dictates. My husband likes pasta with a sour cream or mushroom soup base, and this gives the mushroom flavor without the sodium in canned soups.
Ingredients
- 1/2 sweet onion, diced shopping list
- About 5 or 6 mushrooms, diced shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cooked seashell pasta (you can use low-carb to make it more healthy) shopping list
- 8 oz of raw spinach shopping list
- 2 cans of grated tuna shopping list
- Dash of lemon pepper seasoning, pepper, and garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream (more if desired) shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté onions and mushrooms until done
- Add pasta, spinach, and tuna and simmer until hot and spinach is cooked through
- Mix in the tuna and heat for a couple minutes.
- Add lemon pepper seasoning, pepper, and garlic powder
- Last, mix in about 1/4 cup sour cream and stir until it is mixed in
