Ingredients
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tablespoons minced parsley
  • ¾ teaspoon basil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (1-pound) can (2 cups) salmon or 2 (6½ or 7-ounce) cans tuna
  • 1 stick package pastry mix

Directions
  1. Combine eggs, milk, butter, onion, parsley and seasonings. Break salmon in chunks removing bones and skin. Add to egg mixture. Pour into well greased 8-inch pie plate.
  2. Prepare pastry mix according to package directions. Roll 1/8 inch thick; cut circle, using bottom of 8-inch pie plate as guide. Then cut circle in 6 wedges. Arrange atop seafood mixture. Bake at 425° F for about 25 minutes or til done. Serve at once. Serves 6.
