Crock - Pot Chorizo Chili

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 - 9 ounce cacique pork Chorizo shopping list
- 1 can (15 ounce) black beans shopping list
- 1 can (15.5 ounce) kidney beans shopping list
- 1 can (10 ounce) Castleberry's hot dog chili sauce shopping list
- 1 medium onion, diced fine shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper, diced fine shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried bell peppers shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried celery shopping list
- 1 package chili seasoning shopping list
- Salsa shopping list
- Ketchup shopping list
- Crackers shopping list
How to make it
- In a crock pot add the ground beef and cacique. Mix well. Add the black beans, kidney beans, Castleberry hot dog chili sauce, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, chili powder, dried bell peppers and dried celery. Put on low for 6 to 8 hours. Add in the chili seasoning and add enough salsa after the first 3 to 4 hour's. Once done add enough chili, ketchup and crackers.
