How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place chops in the bottom of a cake pan. Do not overlap them if you can help it.
  • Combine sour cream and onion soup mix.
  • Spread evenly over pork chops. Covering all chops.
  • Sprinkle with crispy onions
  • Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes
  • Remove foil and bake another 30 minutes
