How to make it

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly spray an 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • 2.In an big enough bowl cream together butter and both sugars. Mix well. Add in the peanut butter, eggs and vanilla extract and beat well. Add in the flour and baking soda. Beat until combined. Mix in the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges starts to turn golden brown. Make sure not to over bake. Once cooled remove to a wire rack to cool and or layer enough paper towels with wax paper on top to cool completely. Store in an airtight container and or into an zip lock bag.
