How to make it

  • 1. Soak hand-pound rice and green gram together for 4 hours.
  • 2.Grind with green chillies, ginger, cumin, curry leaves, and salt into a smooth batter.
  • 3.Heat dosa tawa, spread the batter thin like dosa.
  • 4.Sprinkle chopped onion on top (optional).
  • 5. Drizzle oil, cook till golden on both sides.
  • 6.Serve hot with allam pachadi (ginger chutney).
