How to make it

  • Rinse Aishwarya Low GI Rice and soak for 15–20 minutes for softer, fluffier grains.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add whole spices, and sauté until aromatic.
  • Add onions and green chilli; cook until golden.
  • Stir in ginger-garlic paste and vegetables.
  • Add soaked rice, water, and salt. Cook on low flame until rice turns fluffy and separate.
  • Garnish with fresh mint or coriander and serve warm.
