- 3 cups shredded carrots shopping list
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp Baking Soda shopping list
- 1 tsp Baking Powder shopping list
- 1 tsp Salt shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 4 Large Eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract shopping list
- 1 cup walnuts, optional shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Preheat your oven to 350° F. Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
- 2.In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
- 3.In another bowl, beat the eggs and oil together. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Then, stir in the grated carrots.
- 4.Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. If using walnuts, fold them into the batter. Divide the batter into the prepared loaf pans and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
