How to make it

  • First you rinse a stemmed glass with hot water.
  • Next you add the sugar in the glass, followed by whiskey.
  • Now add coffee, leaving room for the cream.
  • Then you can stir thoroughly and let sit, before pouring the cream over the coffee.

    Thank God - real Irish coffee!!! If I see one more person using spray cream and baileys I think I'll scream! :-)
