These are a great appetizer.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill ( minced) or 1 1/4 tsp. dry dill
  • 1/2 tsp. season salt
  • 8 slices dark bread or pumpernickel (crusts cut off)
  • 3/4 LB. turkey breast sliced thin

Directions
  1. Combine Mayo, dill and season salt Blend well. Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture on each piece of bread.Top with turkey. cut into 4 to 6 canapes and decorate with dill.
  2. Makes about 32 canapes
