How to make it

  • Drain the mussels and put in a bag , add the cook and coat to the same bag and toss until all mussels are evenly coated.
  • add the rice oil to the babarque plate,(quantity is your desired amount ,I put about two table spoons) and heat to a medium setting
  • add the coated mussels and cook until mussels are evenly browned to a golden colour and remove onto a paper towel.
  • serve immediately
