Mussel Recipe
A very simple but tastey side dish that goes great with beer in hand

Ingredients
  • 1 jar of marinated mussels any flavor
  • 1 packet of cook and coat
  • rice oil

Directions
  1. Drain the mussels and put in a bag , add the cook and coat to the same bag and toss until all mussels are evenly coated.
  2. add the rice oil to the babarque plate,(quantity is your desired amount ,I put about two table spoons) and heat to a medium setting
  3. add the coated mussels and cook until mussels are evenly browned to a golden colour and remove onto a paper towel.
  4. serve immediately
