London Broil

Meat marinade-I just use store bought

Directions

Marinade the London Broil overnight

Preheat oven on broil high

Place London Broil on broiler pan

Cook 7 minutes then flip and cook additional 7-10 minutes

Cook longer if you want the meat more well done

Let meat sit for 5 minutes after cooking before cutting to keep the juices from flowing out

Cut meat at an angle in thin strips
