How to make it

  • Wash and cook potatoes until tender, set aside
  • Combine sour cream dressing, bacon onion and 1 cup of cheese.
  • Place potatoes in greased baking dish, pour sour cream mixture over potatoes and gentley toss
  • Top with the rest of the cheese,combine butter and cornflakes.
  • Sprinkle over potatoes
  • Bake @ 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
