These cookies are a favourite in my home! The neighbourhood kids come around asking specifically for them! They are great on a holiday tray.

Ingredients
  • 1 c butter
  • 3/4 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 2/3 c flour
  • 1/3 c cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 package mint chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Cream butter and both sugars.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and add to butter mixture.
  4. Add both packages of chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375.(stay close by since they burn really easily)
