How to make it

  • preheat oven to 180C/350F
  • grease and paperline the tin
  • melt dark choc and butter over low heat let cool
  • beat eggs sugar and vanilla together
  • sift flour and salt in separate bowl
  • when choc mix has cooled beat in egg mix then stir in flour
  • when well combined stir in white choc dots
  • pour combined mix into lined tray
  • bake for 25mins
  • brownies are cooked when the top is a paler brown colour
  • allow to cool in tray before cutting into squares
  • dust with icing sugar
