Vegetable And Herb Omelet Recipe Ambus / All my dishes

I added in this omelet whatever I got in my kitchen.It was truely different and I loved it.

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 capsicum/green bell pepper , chopped
  • 1/2 spring onion , chopped
  • 2/3 green chillies , chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • A pinch of thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander/ mint leaves, chopped
  • oil

Directions
  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  4. Pour mixture in the pan and cook on slow flame.
  5. When puffed, flip the omlete and cook the other side.
