Ingredients
  • First Layer:
  • 1 tube Trefoil cookies, crushed
  • 3/4 cup Spanish peanuts
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Second Layer:
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • Third Layer:
  • 2 large boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Fourth Layer:
  • Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup Spanish peanuts
  • chocolate syrup

Directions
  1. 1st Layer: Mix cookies, peanuts and butter. Spread into lightly sprayed 8x10-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Cool
  2. 2nd Layer: Mix cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread onto cooled crust.
  3. 3rd Layer: Mix together pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Spread on 2nd layer.
  4. 4th Layer: Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with peanuts. Drizzle top with chocolate syrup.
  5. Chill 4 hours.
