How to make it

  • Mix the sugar, egg, vanilla, flour and butter together in a medium bowl and mix well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and pour into pie crust.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  • To keep crust from getting too dark I recommend wrapping foil around the edges for the first 30 minutes.
  • Cool and cut into pieces.
