Chilled Cantaloupe Melon Soup

- 2 ripe cantaloupe melons-skinned, seeded, and cubed shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup kirsch shopping list
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche shopping list
- 4 sprigs mint shopping list
- zest of 1 orange shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream or 2 cups plain yogurt shopping list
How to make it
- Puree the melon until smooth then add the cream or yogurt.
- Add the sugar and kirsch.
- Blend until smooth.
- Let chill 2-3 hours.
- Place in chilled bowls and garnish with 1 tablespoon cream fraiche, 1 sprig mint, and some orange zest.
