Breakfast Pizza-Veggie

- 1 pkg. crescent rolls shopping list
- 2-3 cups cream cheese (personal taste) shopping list
- 2-3 cups chopped onions & peppers (3 colors shopping list
- 3-4 cups shredded cheese-4 cheese pizza cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt & pepper shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- Garden or roma tomatoes-sliced very thin shopping list
- Fresh chopped basil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375°F (convection bake?)
- Unroll crescent roll dough onto baking pan or sheet. Leave in rectangular shape Press seams together to seal, and roll up out side edges
- Spoon on a very thin layer of cream cheese
- Spread veggies over entire top
- Salt, and pepper, spray of olive oil-optional
- I also used Emeril’s “Bam” seasoning
- Top off with Pizza-4 cheese, or your favorite
- Cover entire top with sliced tomatoes andchopped Basil. I put on a little more cheese, to keep Basil from burning. Bake 25-35 minutes, or until golden brown on bottom Serves 4 (hot or cold)
