Ingredients
  • 1 c MAYONNAISE
  • 1 c SOUR CREAM
  • 1 pk KNORR LEEK SOUP MIX
  • 2 ts CHILI POWDER
  • 1/2 ts GROUND CUMIN
  • 1 c MONTEREY JACK, SHREDDED
  • 1 c CHOP TOMATO, PEELED & SEEDED
  • 4 oz CAN GREEN CHILIES,
  • CHOPPED JALAPINO PEPPERS TO TASTE
  • CHOP CHIVES FOR GARNISH

Directions
  1. MIX TOGETHER MAYONNAISE, SOUR CREAM, SOUP MIX, CHILI POWDER AND CUMIN UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHIVES. MIX WELL. COVER AND REFRIGERATE 2 HOURS TO BLEND.
  2. GARNISH WITH FRESH CHOPPED CHIVES.
