Sweet Salsa Dump Chicken Recipe
This isn't a new one but it's a staple in the freezer to have on busy nights. Try it, it tastes great and sooo easy.

Ingredients
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces apricot jam
  • 12 ounces salsa
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken pieces (4-6)

Directions
  1. For freezing, place all ingredients into a 1 gallon freezer bag.
  2. Lay flat in freezer.
  3. Take out of freezer the night before you want to eat it. Thaw in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  5. Empty bag into a large baking dish and bake until juices run clear.
  6. Everything will bake and you'll have a sauce to put over the chicken or over rice.
