Ingredients
  • Eye round roast
  • Cut up 2 oinions
  • Cut up 6 carrots
  • Eye of the round beef roast
  • Cover with water
  • 8 oz of ketch up
  • corn starch

Directions
  1. Lightly brown all sides of meat. Cover with water. Add carrots and oinions and ketch up. Cook for 4 hours or longer. Till meat is tender. When ready. use corn starch and water to thicken gravey. Gravey goes great or mash potaoes or noodles.
