This is a great casserole that freezes well and a favorite with the kids. You could add more or less of your favorite ingredients.

Ingredients
  • 1 package pepperoni, sliced in half
  • 1 pound cooked ground beef (2 cups)
  • 1 pkg cooked egg noodles
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Stir mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese together in a small bowl. Set aside 2 cups of cheese.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients except 2 cups of cheese together in a mixing bowl.Put mixture in a 12x9 pan.
  3. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top.
  4. At this point, you can cover and freeze for later.
  5. To cook when frozen: thaw in refrigerator.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. If you want to eat now, you still bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
