Cajun Chicken with Mustard Sauce

- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano, finely crumbled shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter shopping list
- 4 chicken breast halves, cut into pieces shopping list
- Combination of your favorite mustard varieties shopping list
How to make it
- Combine flour and all the seasonings in a shallow dish.
- Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan.
- Dip each piece of chicken in butter then in flour mixture.
- Melt remaining butter in a large frying-pan.
- Add chicken, in batches, then saute until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with a dipping sauce made from the mustards.
