How to make it

  • Combine flour and all the seasonings in a shallow dish.
  • Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan.
  • Dip each piece of chicken in butter then in flour mixture.
  • Melt remaining butter in a large frying-pan.
  • Add chicken, in batches, then saute until browned and cooked through.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce made from the mustards.
