Very simple hominy recipe that is big on flavor.

Ingredients
  • 2 C. yellow hominy (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatos chopped
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1-1/2 C. grated cheese

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and bake at ~350 for 30 minutes.
