Mushroom Delight

- 1 can button mushrooms (keep half of the stock) shopping list
- 1 can straw mushrooms (keep half the stock) shopping list
- 5 cloves of garlic, sliced shopping list
- 1 small onion, diced shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp bottled kimchi sauce shopping list
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce shopping list
- 3 tsp cooking oil shopping list
How to make it
- drain the canned mushrooms. set aside.
- put oil in a teflon pan.
- sautee onion and garlic until tender.
- add sesame oil.
- stir fry for about a minute.
- add kimchi sauce.
- add oyster sauce.
- add about half a cup of the mushroom stock.
- simmer until liquid evaporates slightly.
- add pepper to taste.
- serve on a sizzling plate.
