Ingredients
  • 1 can button mushrooms (keep half of the stock)
  • 1 can straw mushrooms (keep half the stock)
  • 5 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp bottled kimchi sauce
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tsp cooking oil

Directions
  1. drain the canned mushrooms. set aside.
  2. put oil in a teflon pan.
  3. sautee onion and garlic until tender.
  4. add sesame oil.
  5. stir fry for about a minute.
  6. add kimchi sauce.
  7. add oyster sauce.
  8. add about half a cup of the mushroom stock.
  9. simmer until liquid evaporates slightly.
  10. add pepper to taste.
  11. serve on a sizzling plate.
