  • put oil in a teflon pan.
  • sautee onion and garlic until tender.
  • add sesame oil.
  • stir fry for about a minute.
  • add kimchi sauce.
  • add oyster sauce.
  • add about half a cup of the mushroom stock.
  • simmer until liquid evaporates slightly.
  • add pepper to taste.
  • serve on a sizzling plate.
