Pork Tapang Batangas

- 1 kilo of pork lomo or kasim (loin or belly are okay to use), slice thinly into bite-sized strips shopping list
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup of calamansi (philippine lemon) juice shopping list
- 1 tsp of white pepper shopping list
- 5 tbsp oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- the night before, mix the pork strips with the soy sauce, calamansi (lemon) juice and pepper. Marinate overnight.
- In the morning, Heat frying pan on high heat for 3 minutes.
- Once pan is hot, add the oil.
- Fry pork strips in soy sauce, calamansi and pepper marinade.
- PAt dry with paper towels.
- Serve with fried or steamed rice and fried egg.
