How to make it

  • the night before, mix the pork strips with the soy sauce, calamansi (lemon) juice and pepper. Marinate overnight.
  • In the morning, Heat frying pan on high heat for 3 minutes.
  • Once pan is hot, add the oil.
  • Fry pork strips in soy sauce, calamansi and pepper marinade.
  • PAt dry with paper towels.
  • Serve with fried or steamed rice and fried egg.
