How to make it

  • Boil water in a pot
  • add asparagus and bring to boil again
  • Drain immediately, put asparagus in icy water and set aside
  • Heat oil in a wok
  • Saute ginger and beef
  • Stir in asparagus, oyster sauce and cornstarch mix
  • add a little sesame oil for fragrance and bring to boil
  • serve immediately
