How to make it

  • Fry the sliced potato wedges until soft and golden brown. drain and set aside.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients in a pot, and let it boil until pork is soft and tender.
  • when pork is tender, let the dish simmer another 5 minutes or until the liquid is just enough to cover half the meat.
  • Add in the fried potato wedges. Serve hot with steamed or fried rice.
