- 1/2 kilo pork pang-adobo shopping list
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 big potatoes, sliced into wedges shopping list
- 1 cup vinegar shopping list
- 2 cups soy sauce shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 TSP sesame oil shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- pepper and salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the sliced potato wedges until soft and golden brown. drain and set aside.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients in a pot, and let it boil until pork is soft and tender.
- when pork is tender, let the dish simmer another 5 minutes or until the liquid is just enough to cover half the meat.
- Add in the fried potato wedges. Serve hot with steamed or fried rice.
