How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in a pot, cover and let it boil until beef is soft and the sauce is just enough to cover the beef. This would take about 3 to 4 hours. Using a pressure cooker is preferred to better tenderize the beef.
  • Check often to make sure the liquid has reduced and that the liquid is not dried out before the beef is tender. if so, just add water.
  • Serve with fried rice.
