How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
  • Place potatoes, oil, salt & pepper in tin foil pouch or roasting pan, and cook until tender
  • Meanwhile:
  • Brown the ground beef
  • Add garlic and mushrooms, cook until tender
  • Add remaining ingredients, and simmer until sweet potatoes are done
  • Serve sauce mixture over sweet potatoes, and sprinkle cheese to melt on top
