Double Layer Jello Knox Blocks Recipe
This is a great treat for the kids that is a nice change from regular jello jigglers.

Ingredients
  • Double Decker Knox Blocks
  • 4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 3 pkgs (3oz) Jello (Cherry would be good for Valentines Day)
  • 3 Cups boiling water
  • 1/2 pt Whipping Cream

Directions
  1. In large heatproof bowl mix unflavored gelatin with Jello.
  2. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved -- about a minute or so.
  3. Stir in whipping cream.
  4. Pour into a 13x9 inch pan and chill until firm -- about four hours.
  5. The cream will rise during chilling to form layers.
  6. To serve, cut into squares or rectangles of desired shape and size for finger foods.
  7. Makes about 20-30 squares.
  8. Kids love them!
