Quick Mexican Casserole

- 1-1/2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1 can rotel shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 can Spanish rice shopping list
- Topping: 1 small bag corn chips shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Saute ground beef
- Add rotel and salt
- Simmer 20 minutes
- Pour into buttered casserole dish
- Layer with beans and rice
- Bake 25 minutes at 350
- Add topping to casserole and bake 10-15 minutes more
