How to make it

  • sauteè onions until brown
  • suateè mushrooms
  • fry mince in a bit of oil until almost done, add chutney, salt & pepper
  • onion and mushroom.
  • mix and fry on medium heat for about 10min.
  • roll pastry on floured surface
  • cut circles from pastry
  • press it into a greased muffin pan
  • put spoonfulls of mince mix into pastry
  • put a slice of cheese on top
  • cut smaller circles from pastry and press on top of mix
  • bake until golden brown and puffed at 180C
