mince pie

- 1 roll puff pastry shopping list
- 500g mince meat shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 30ml chutney shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 125ml mushroom (optional) shopping list
- slices parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- sauteè onions until brown
- suateè mushrooms
- fry mince in a bit of oil until almost done, add chutney, salt & pepper
- onion and mushroom.
- mix and fry on medium heat for about 10min.
- roll pastry on floured surface
- cut circles from pastry
- press it into a greased muffin pan
- put spoonfulls of mince mix into pastry
- put a slice of cheese on top
- cut smaller circles from pastry and press on top of mix
- bake until golden brown and puffed at 180C
