Ingredients
  • 6 avocados, mashed
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (can be left out, I just like mine creamy)
  • 1/4 cup green taco sauce (I use la Victoria brand, green tabasco can be substituted)
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon (or lime)
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Ta-da!
  2. p.s. tomatoes and/or cilantro can be added for additional flavor.
  3. p.p.s. you can definitely half this recipe but I usually make it for a party with 10 people.
