How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 340.
  • Stick the bottoms of the pie crusts with a fork a few times. Then put them into the oven and cook them for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile....
  • Chop onion, red bell pepper, and tomatoes into small pieces. Saute in skillet with olive oil until tender. Remove from skillet when done.
  • Put mushrooms in skillet and cook till done.
  • Defrost frozen spinach. Squeeze excess water out of spinach.
  • Dump container of egg whites into a big, big bowl. Add milk. Stir.
  • Add the sauteed onion, pepper, and tomato. Add spinach. Add mushrooms. Stir again.
  • Add a little salt, to taste (I use a sea salt grinder and grind about 5 times).
  • Dump in ham and stir together.
  • Tear apart american cheese slices and add to the mixture.
  • Add mozzerella or cut up mozerella cheese stick and add to mixture.
  • When all the ingredients are mixed up, use a deep spoon and spoon the mixture into the pie shells.
  • Bake for 35 minutes at 340 degrees.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Replace quiches in oven and cook another 5-10 minutes.
