SCALLOPED OYSTERS

- 1 pt. oysters shopping list
- 2 c. cracker crumbs, medium coarse (RITZ) shopping list
- 1/2 c. butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
- 3/4 c. cream shopping list
- 1/4 c. oyster liquor shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Drain oysters, saving liquor.
- Combine crumbs, butter, salt and pepper.
- Spread 1/3 of buttered crumbs in greased casserole.
- Cover with 1/2 of the oysters.
- Using another 1/3 of crumbs, spread second layer
- cover with remaining oysters.
- Combine cream, oysters liquor and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over oysters.
- Top with last of crumbs.
- Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
