This is the quickest version of homemade salsa that I know of. My kids love this stuff.

Ingredients
  • 2 can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 can black olives, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 white or yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • tortilla chips

Directions
  1. In bowl mix chopped ingredients with vinegar and oil.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Eat with tortilla chips or on tacos.
  4. Refrigerate before eating for better flavor.
