Morning Apple Raisin Pecan Muffins

- 1 cup unbleached all purpose flour shopping list
- ½ cup whole bran flour shopping list
- ½ cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon baking powder shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- ½ salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup canola oil ( I use light olive oil ) shopping list
- ½ cup honey or granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 ½ to 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- ½ golden raisin or any shopping list
- 1 ½ cups of your favorite apples peeled and chopped row shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven 350*
- Combine all flours, salt, cinnamon and baking powder the add
- Chopped pecans, raisin and chopped apples, don’t over mix just fold it
- into the flours.
- In a separate bowl combine honey, vanilla, applesauce, eggs,
- oil and stirring until well blended, and reaches creamy consistency.
- Gently add the all liquates into the dry flours, Please don’t over mix just
- just folds all the ingredients.
- And you know the rest, fills ¾ your muffin tins ( lightly grease) and bake them 350* F
- For 20 to 25 min, till wooden skewer comes out clean.
- NB You can change the type of flour that you like it, (I use what I have in home) to prevent to run to store and buy new ingredients, also any dry fruit goes wells
- And all will say to you…. The muffin’s are yummy
