Ingredients
  • MEATBALLS:
  • 1 pound of ground beef or turkey
  • couple shakes of seasoning salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 a onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup or so of bread crumbs
  • (I do not use egg in my meatballs, but you can make your own kind of meatbals for this)
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 can of condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 can or less of water
  • any type of seasoning you would like

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl add ground beef or turkey, seasoning salt, salt and pepper, onion and bread crumbs. Or whatever you really want to make your own meatballs. Mix well and make how many meatballs you want
  3. put in a greased round or small casserole dish ( not a 9x9 long dish)
  4. cover and bake for 20 minutes
  5. In a small bowl add your tomatoe soup, water and seasonings ( sometimes I add peas)
  6. pour over meatballs, cover and bake for another 20 minutes or until done!!
  7. ****really this is a simple dish you can fiddle around with, but the tomato soup is just so yummy with the meatballs****
  8. I always eat this over mashed potatoes!! It is a must!!!!

The tomato soup really makes it special! I add Campbell's tomato soup to chili also. Thanks for the post!
