This dish makes the old boring chicken something fun everyone will love! It goes great with cheesy rice and broccoli

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless Chicken breasts halves
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese (more if you like it cheesier)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 cups of pureed honey bunches of oats cereal

Directions
  1. heat oven to 375*F
  2. using sharp knife, cut 3-inch slit in the meaty side of each chicken breast half to form a pocket.
  3. Put 1 slice of cheese into each of the pockets.( I just stuff cheese as it can hold!)
  4. In shallow bowl, combine egg white and water, beat slightly.
  5. In another bowl, placed honey bunches of oats.
  6. Coat chicken with egg white mixture.
  7. Roll in crumbs.
  8. Bake at 375*F for 40-45 minutes
  9. Serve with cheesy rice and broccoli or salad.
