Ingredients

2 lbs stew meat

1 bottle sweet and sour sauce

1 cup shredded carrots

4-6 cups hot cooked rice

Directions

Combine all ingredients except rice in a greased slow cooker

Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours

Ladle over hot cooked rice

Serve with an oriental vegetable stir fry
