Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • brown ground beef in skillet until thoroughly cooked
  • drain
  • combine taco seasoning, ground beef and 3/4 cup of water
  • cook and stir for 4 minutes
  • spoon beef mixture into 8x8 baking pan
  • sprinkle with cheese
  • add corn on top
  • cover with mashed potatoes (I find it best to microwave them for a little first so they are easier to spread and better mixed).
  • bake at 375 for 25 minutes
