Ingredients
- 1kg blade steak cut into cubes shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- 2 tomatoes shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1/2 tsp mustard shopping list
- 2 tblsps flour shopping list
- 1 carrot shopping list
- 1 kumera shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tblsp pickle shopping list
How to make it
- coat meat with flour,salt and mustard.
- Put layer of onion in casserole, then meat, carrot and kumera, then rest of meat on top. Top with onion and tomatoes. Sprinkle on pepper, pickle and 2 cups warm water. Bake in moderate oven 300f 150c for 2 hrs
