Ingredients
  • 1kg blade steak cut into cubes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tblsps flour
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 kumera
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tblsp pickle

Directions
  1. coat meat with flour,salt and mustard.
  2. Put layer of onion in casserole, then meat, carrot and kumera, then rest of meat on top. Top with onion and tomatoes. Sprinkle on pepper, pickle and 2 cups warm water. Bake in moderate oven 300f 150c for 2 hrs
