Ingredients
  • 3 cups peeled cored,and sliced tart cooking apples
  • 2 cups fresh whole cranberries(ocean -spray frozen cranberries)
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2/3 cup sugar(or to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted (sweet )butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 450*F Pastry needed: Unbaked 9-inch double -crust Pie. Baking time 15 minutes at 450*F & 30 minutes at 350*F Mix all ingredients together.Pour into pi shell.Finish with a lattice top.Bake as directed above or until golden.

Suger free just omit the sugar,for sugar just dust a plate and add a piece of pie.
