Ingredients
  • 100 gms Carrot cubed/diced
  • 100 gms capcicum cubed/diced
  • 50 gms white onion cubed/diced [small]
  • 100 gms baby corn sliced into round shapes
  • 100 gms ripe but firm tomatoes peeled and cubed/diced
  • 100 gms diced Avocado
  • 200 gms apples peeled and diced into cubes
  • 200 gms dryfruits [mixed]
  • Lettuce [plain salad leaves and iceberg leaves]
  • For the dressing
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 400ml fresh cream

Directions
  1. Take all the ingredients and mix them in a bowl with lemon and salt according to individual taste.
  2. Put the cream and pepper into a blender and blend for 15 seconds.
  3. Add the cream to the bowl of salad.
  4. Refrigerate and serve. Mix well just before serving and serve cold.
